Terms of Use – Teamvane Planning Poker for Jira

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Teamvane Planning Poker for Jira (“the Product”) is provided by Teamvane, the trading name of Alexandre Blasco Brasó, based in France (“Provider”, “we”). Use of the Product is governed by:

  1. the Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User Agreement (Bonterms v1.0) (the “Standard Agreement”), and
  2. these Provider-Specific Terms, which add to and modify the Standard Agreement as allowed by it.

Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Standard Agreement. If these Provider-Specific Terms conflict with the Standard Agreement, these Provider-Specific Terms prevail.

1. Additional Terms

1.1 Governing Law and Courts

The “Governing Law” is the law of France, and the “Courts” are the competent courts of Toulouse, France.

1.2 Notices

Notices to the Provider must be sent by email to support@teamvane.com. Notices to the Customer may be sent to the technical or billing contact the Customer gave Atlassian for the Product.

1.3 Language

These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.

1.4 Atlassian platform

The Product is a Forge app that runs entirely on Atlassian’s infrastructure. It has no servers or databases of its own. Its availability therefore depends on Atlassian’s cloud products and on the Forge platform. Interruptions caused by Atlassian are not a breach of the Standard Agreement by the Provider.

1.5 Privacy

How the Product handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Attachments

2.1 Support Policy

  • How: email support@teamvane.com, in English, French or Spanish.
  • When: business days (Monday to Friday, except French public holidays).
  • Response target: a first reply within one business day.
  • What: questions about using the Product, bug reports and help with setup. Fixes are delivered through Atlassian’s automatic app updates.

2.2 Security Measures

  • The Product runs and stores its data only on Atlassian’s Forge platform. Atlassian encrypts the stored data on disk and keeps it in the same location as the Customer’s Jira site.
  • Every action is checked on the server against the acting user’s own Jira permissions.
  • While a voting round is open, the server never sends anyone’s vote to a browser. Votes are shared only at the reveal.
  • Session data, including the names of participants, is deleted automatically 72 hours after the last activity on a session, or straight away when the session is ended.
  • Data about Atlassian accounts that have been closed is erased within a day of Atlassian reporting the closure.
  • The Product uses only the Atlassian permission scopes it needs, which are shown to admins at installation.

2.3 Data Protection Addendum

The Data Processing Addendum applies to personal data the Product processes on the Customer’s behalf.

2.4 Service Level Agreement

No separate Service Level Agreement applies, because the Product’s availability depends on Atlassian (see 1.4).
